Provided design work, deployment, and training for a large intranet requirements management system. Configured IBM/Rational RequisitePro on a four server Apache Tomcat cluster to deliver end user functionality and used a load balanced Citrix Server deployment for administrators. Wrote custom import/interface software. Initial deployment provided to over 100 projects, many with >10K requirements. [4 month project]
Lead engineer for performance and load testing of Cisco's worldwide defect tracking system. Key tools included HP/Mercury Loadrunner, unix shell scripts, and manual timing tests. Performance target was 3-5 second maximum response time for 5k simultaneous worldwide users. Assisted in deployment, system tuning, diagnosing and addressing bottleneck issues.[6 month project]

Improving ClearCase server performance particularly to improve build times [Eight weeks of consulting over a duration of one year.]

Designed and implemented usage models and documentation for a ClearCaseLT based version control system. This was part of the infrastructure for Accenture's project to develop software for California's Department of Child Support Services. [4 week project]
